Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, and Ecom Express.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days in metro cities and 5–8 working days in Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural areas.
3. What are the shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small fee of ₹49 applies.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link and tracking number to follow your shipment in real-time.
6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For prepaid cancellations, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products, if reported within 3 days of delivery along with a complete unboxing video. Please check our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
8. Do you allow exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are possible for wrong or defective items, and in some cases, size-based exchanges (subject to stock availability).
9. How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 8–15 business days after the returned product passes inspection. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI.
